The cost-effective way to protect your organisation from e-mail viruses

MAILSafe - a virus-detection service for e-mail - is exclusively available to Comino Connect customers.

• What does the service offer?
  Existing MAILSafe users have enjoyed complete protection from all recent virus attacks, including the HomePage virus. E-mail arriving at your Internet Access Server has already been scanned for viruses by MAILSafe, offering that additional level of protection.
• How do you get it?
  All Comino Connect customers can take advantage of the new MAILSafe service, whether you subscribe to Small Business Connect, Broadband Connect, Business Connect or Corporate Connect.
• What if a virus is detected?
  TThe recipient will receive full notification of e-mail viruses detected and all action taken by MAILSafe.
  
  When a virus-infected e-mail is detected, MAILSafe will do one of two things. It will either clean the virus from the e-mail, and inform the recipient of what it has done, or (if unable to clean the virus), it will delete the e-mail and inform the recipient that it has done so. The recipient will then be able to contact the sender with this information.
  
• How much does it cost?
  MAILSafe is available to our Business Connect customers for less than £30 per month.
  
  In order to achieve the same result as an independent organisation, you would probably need to spend in excess of £2,000, plus the cost of updating, configuration and administration.
