We have been part of the group since 2000, and joined the group to boost the e-commerce aspects of the group's business and provide Internet Service Provision (ISP), Application Service Provision (ASP), server management and remote network management. Previous to this Comino Connect has been operating and supplying business critical solutions in our own right, for almost ten years.

Comino Connect has a Network Operation Centre (NOC) in Dorking, and reflects the need within the group to combine both software and communications skills to be successful in the modern business arena.

A fully independent ISP with resilient high bandwidth links to the London exchange, coupled with a UK wide resilient backbone with points of presence in the South, Midlands and the North, Comino Connect currently provides Internet services and hosting solutions to over 200 businesses across the UK. Comino Connect solutions give organisations a competitive edge in today’s global market.

In 2005 the group announced that action had been taken to make more of its Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) software. CTI has become a significant product and solution set in its own right. Existing staff were transferred to Comino Connect creating a specialist team to further promote CTI to both the group customers and to new customers alike.

In January 2005 Comino Connect acquired a voice and data specialist to deliver quality Internet based voice and data services. The specialist were already an existing business partner of Comino Connect, and positioned as a leading supplier of voice and data convergence and customer contact centre solutions.

We are able to deliver a true convergence of skilled Internet and data delivery solutions, adding voice as a final layer. Comino Connect can now fully extend the value of our solution offerings to all businesses and organisations.
